BIG ANNOUNCEMENT

 

We are super excited to be joining forces with Forging Forward this Fall to bring this opportunity to East Texas!!! They do incredible work offering these classes in South Texas to their community, and we want to be able to show appreciation to our local East Texas Veterans and First Responders in a BIG way!!! 

 

Right now we are still in the planning stages of making this event come to life! So please understand that showing interest in the forms below does not obligate you to participate. But we need to get an idea of the interest level in order to be able to move forward with planning out venue, donations, and logistics! 

 

If you are a Veteran or First Responder that would be interested in taking a FREE 2 day class, completing a full knife build (that you get to keep) with a seasoned bladesmith please fill out the informational form below.

If you are a Bladesmith willing to travel to Edom, TX and donate your time spending 2 days with a Veteran or First Responder helping them to complete a knife build, please fill out this informational form.

As of right now we plan for the event to take place in Edom, TX and are looking at Mid-November for scheduling. We will announce updated information as we firm down the details. Bladesmiths that are offering up their time to come teach these classes will have the opportunity to set up a table and sell their knives, knifemaking materials, etc. This event will be open to the public to come check it out, and we hope the community shows up to give back to our community.

 

We will be accepting monetary donations to help fund this project, and provide lunch to all of the makers, Veterans and first responders.
